    Hey Claire! Just read the guide! I love it! I tried a very restrictive diet in 2020 and ended up ruining my metabolism and my hormones are crazy! I love this push for food not being the bad thing, but our habits are the bad thing. It gives a whole new perspective. And I love that I can still enjoy eating a cookie with my toddler♥️
